This Refund Policy applies to all online courses and digital products purchased directly from Brightfield Studio through our website or checkout pages.
If you bought access through a third‑party platform (for example, a marketplace or partner), that platform’s refund rules may apply instead of this policy.
Our products are digital courses and materials delivered online. Access is usually granted immediately after successful payment and confirmation of your order.
Because digital content can be consumed or downloaded instantly, refund rules for online courses differ from those for physical products and must be clearly defined.
Unless stated otherwise on the specific course checkout page, Brightfield Studio offers a 14‑day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
- The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date shown on your receipt.
- Refunds are available only for the original purchaser and original transaction.
- Some intensive or limited‑seat programs may have different terms, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
To keep the policy fair, we link refund eligibility to the level of course consumption and access used.

You are generally eligible for a refund if you have:
- completed less than 20% of the course content (by lessons or modules), and
- not downloaded a substantial portion of materials or templates, and
- not received 1:1 or individual feedback sessions where the mentor’s time has already been spent.

You are generally not eligible for a refund if you have:
- completed 20% or more of the course,
- attended live calls, workshops or mentoring sessions that form a core part of the offer,
- received personalized feedback, portfolio reviews or custom project guidance,
- violated our Terms of Service (for example, sharing account access or copying materials).
We may request additional information (such as screenshots or progress data) to assess eligibility based on your account activity.
To request a refund, please email us at contact@brightfield-skill-studio.com with:
- your full name and email used for the purchase,
- order number or payment confirmation,
- course name(s) you want refunded,
- a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
We aim to review refund requests within 7 business days and will inform you by email about approval or rejection.
If your refund is approved:
- we will process the refund to the original payment method whenever possible,
- timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or payment provider,
- your access to the refunded course(s) and related materials will be revoked, including future updates.
In some cases, where technical limitations prevent a direct refund to the original method, we may offer an alternative solution (such as store credit or other arrangements) if allowed by law and agreed with you.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following are generally non‑refundable:
- completed or almost completed courses (beyond the consumption threshold described above),
- bundles or packages where most included courses have been significantly used,
- discounted, promotional, or “final sale” offers clearly marked as non‑refundable at checkout,
- custom consulting, 1:1 coaching, or personalized services delivered by our team or partners,
- cases of account misuse, breach of Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity.
Local consumer law in your country may grant additional mandatory rights; in such cases, those rights prevail over any conflicting term in this policy.
We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Many issues can be resolved quickly via support without involving external dispute processes.
If you initiate a chargeback after accessing significant course content or services, we reserve the right to provide documentation of your usage to the payment provider as part of the dispute.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect.
Changes will not retroactively affect refund rights for purchases made before the change, unless required by law or clearly communicated otherwise.
